Your appreciation and respect for wine will only be enhanced once you spend some time with the vines. Wine tasting or lunch can be arranged as part of the presentation.

Team Blending Many regions around the world depend on more than one grape variety to comprise the finished product. We will focus on a certain region or style of wine, explore the individual grape varietals utilized in that region and take a look at a few classic examples. Now that you have a taste of the regions flavors it's time for you to blend your own version of the wine. Each team will be supplied the tools to create their own wine and take home a sample of their efforts at the end of this interactive exercise.
