This is just a taste of a diverse collection of tours and events that can be modified to accommodate budgets, schedules and interests. The vast array of activities on the Central Coast is immense, ranging from nature to agricultural, sophisticated to rustic with some of the worlds most beautiful scenery and best weather.


Neptune Pool Hearst Castle® Tour Hearst Castle® is the shining star in the heart of California's most spectacular seascapes. First you will visit celebrity California Elephant Seals that have established a thriving colony after near extinction on the coast at Piedras Blancas. Continue on to the castle for a viewing of the giant screen film, Hearst Castle® - Building the Dream, and then tour the magnificent private estate of art collector and publisher W.R. Hearst. Lunch can be arranged before or after the tour.

Reception or Dinner at the Hearst Castle® Enjoy the spectacular views of the Pacific coastline from one of California's most spectacular masterpieces, the private estate of art collector and publisher, W.R. Hearst. Imagine champagne and canapés around the Neptune pool, or dinner on the Neptune terrace. The interpretive component of this event would include a tour of the Castle.

Monterey Bay Aquarium One of the most important marine research aquariums in the world, the Monterey Bay Aquarium offers visits for everyone. Rare opportunities include special behind the scenes tours during animal feeding, programs for the scientifically minded to Steinbeck Cannery Row tours. For an intimate experience hold your special off-site dinner event or reception here, or make this your grand conclusion to a conference. Dine amongst the acclaimed exhibit galleries of kelp forests and jellies while you indulge your senses with exquisite local cuisine.

Winery Caves Monterey, Paso Robles, Edna Valley or Santa Barbara Wine Tour Visit three of the areas finest wineries and taste the reason why the Central Coast has been put on the map as one of the most important up and coming wine regions in the world. A tour during your visit will cover the basics of wine making and wine tasting while sampling the fruits of the regions. Take this opportunity to stock your wine cellar.

Santa Barbara Historical Tour A visit to Ganna Walska's Lotusland begins an enlightening introduction to the people that helped shape the character of Santa Barbara. This 37 acre botanical wonder is home to several extraordinary collections of rare cyacas, cacti, palms and euphorbias. Next visit Casa del Herrero, House of the Blacksmith, one of Montecito's fabled estates that has remained essentially unchanged. This Andalusian-style country home surrounded by artfully planted gardens is a splendid example of Spanish Colonial architecture. Lunch or dinner at the University Club or Santa Barbara Court House will conclude the day.

Santa Barbara Zoological Gardens This is not just any zoo! The Santa Barbara Zoo, with 30 acres and 500 animals, offers lush gardens and impressive ocean and mountain views. Host your special event on their large hilltop site or enjoy an intimate cocktail hour on the giraffe deck! Let your imagination go and invite your wild friends to a unique experience they won't forget.

Golfing The Bob Hope Clinic Bring your clubs and join us at on the golf course for a short clinic focusing on putting and chipping with your golf professional. After your clinic take in a short round of 6 holes of golf, or finish the day on the course. Limited to 24 people.

Kayaking with Nature Kayak with nature in designated national estuaries or the calm waters of a Central Coast bay. The Central Coast abounds with wildlife and historical sites best discovered by sea. Otters, harbor seals, eagles, herons and many more species of birds abound along the dramatic coastline. After basic instruction from your guide, he will take you on an exploration that will make you marvel at all you've seen in such a short time.

Art on the Central Coast The Central Coast is home to many exciting artists who have found refuge in the peaceful and beautiful environment of the region. We will choose two to three reputable art museums and galleries to explore with a brief explanation from the curator about the artists represented. At the conclusion of this tour enjoy champagne and hors d'oeuvres as you browse through the collection.

Missions, Old Adobes and the Presidio Each region in the Central Coast is rich in California history as you follow the footsteps of Father Serra and discover the Spanish roots that shaped the region. Founded and operated by the order of St. Francis of Assisi, the missions were used to convert the indigenous Native Americans to Christianity. During this tour you will discover the culture and life that centered around presidios and churches. Highlighted will be a specially selected mission with a visit to adobes and other things of cultural interest during the mission period.

Yachting on the Central Coast Take in a sunset and the breathtaking coastline in comfort and style aboard one of several yachts and catamarans offering private charters. Your event on the sea can range from prestigious to casual with a multi course dinner cruise, to a sunset reception. A great reward for your colleagues or an afternoon excursion, this is a California experience you won't want to miss.

Chateau Julien Dinner in the Vineyards Great wine and wonderful wineries abound on the Central Coast. Yes, it's no longer only just Napa! Enjoy a multi course winemaker dinner or a casual barbecue in the vineyard. Many wineries offer special events after their busy tasting room hours for an intimate winery experience and special introduction to their wines.

The Paso Robles Ag Tour Discover a family owned and operated olive ranch with over 55 acres of olive trees under cultivation. Receive a quick lesson on the olive oil press and then taste their current releases of olive oil. A beautiful and peaceful drive after your tasting will take you to the either Tablas Creek Winery where you will tour their vineyard nursery or the Wine Yard where you will learn about farming wine grapes on location.
3.5 - 4 hours

The Chumash and Life on the Estuary Begin your visit at the Morro Bay Natural History Museum with sweeping views of Morro Rock and the Bay. The museum provides detailed information on the morros and estuary. Then learn about the historical contribution of the Chumash, local Native Americans, during an engrossing talk. An easy and relaxing nature walk will point out their fascinating culture while enjoying a panoramic view of the surrounding geography. Lunch can be arranged following the tour.

Western Barbecue and Show Discover your inner cowboy as you enjoy a western horse show with horses and tack equipment used in the movie industry. Take a stagecoach ride, pitch horse shoes and enjoy a barbecue dinner while at the ranch. Your ranch hand barbecue dinner includes tri-tip beef, chicken and all the fixing's concluding with cobbler by the campfire. Alcoholic beverages not included, but can be arranged at an additional cost.

Traditional Basque Feast This traditional feast is served family style with multiple courses reminiscent of the cuisine of Basque farmers that settled in the area. From soup, to salad, chicken, main course and on, this is a fun and lively experience for friends and colleagues. Alcoholic beverages not included but can be arranged at an additional cost.
